My name is Keith Pike and I am the Executive Broker of Pike Realty Group.  I would like to introduce you to a revolutionary real estate company based on a concept of partnership and equity that is unparalleled in the real estate industry.

1.  We do not charge any monthly "desk" fees that are typical with most agencies.

2.  All Pike Realty Group agents are on a 75/25 split.  Unlike most real estate companies, Pike Realty Group does not have a franchise fee.  For instance, if you were on a 70/30 split with ABC Franchise Realty, you would actually only bring home 64% because of a 6% franchise fee.  We do not have a franchise fee, meaning you keep the full 75% of your commission.  To put it in dollar perspective, on a $200,000 home sale, that could be upwards of $1,000 or more in your pocket.  In addition, our splits are capped and you eventually keep 100% of your commission...with no desk fee!

3.  Healthcare can be expensive!  We want our agents to stay healthy, so we give them an extra $50 per closing.  Agents are encouraged to use it for gym memberships or to offset medical expenses in order to stay as healthy as possible.

4.  Our company reimburses you for start-up/transfer expenses up to $600.  This includes real estate school, taking the real estate exam, fees charged by the real estate commission, background check fees, business cards, signs, etc.

5.  In order to give back to the agents that build our family, Pike Realty Group shares its profits with the agents!  In other words, this is your reward for building the company.  It's our way of saying thanks!
